Our experience was great. Great food, great staff. I almost took off a star because the profesional wine bottler wasn’t available, but I let it slide this time because Christoper was amazing!

Made a reservation here for some friends of mine to show my appreciation to them and everyone loved it! The atmosphere was great and our waiter Corey was amazing. For starters we got the blackened tips (amazing) and the crusted ravioli (great but the tips stole the show here). The deserts were also equally amazing, the carrot cake was some of the best I ever had! Not really a sweet person but I couldn't stop myself from enjoying each bite. Two of my friends shared the lava cake and loved it as well. We all ordered steaks and everyone really enjoyed them. My fiance and I had the filet mignon and every bite was delicious. The sides however were our only nitpick. The smashed potatoes were great, they definitely give you a good amount. However, the zucchini and broccoli seemed to lack something. Thankfully it's easier to add salt and pepper at the table then remove what came from the kitchen. My friends got the asparagus which in hindsight might be the better choice here. Overall a great experience and we will definitely be excited to revisit when in town!

So disappointed. We had the most wonderful Thanksgiving experience at Chima on I-Drive, so we were really looking forward to eating at Shula’s for Christmas dinner. We made reservations for four, paid $100 deposit to hold the table. We were given a high top table in the lounge area. Very cramped. Hostess was incredibly rude. Very underwhelmed by our experience . The only saving grace was our amazing waitress, Andrea. She was probably one of the best waitresses we’ve had. Food was ok. No steak knives, old looking linens, bread brought almost at the end of our meal. Really disappointed to have spent such a special holiday dinner at Shula’s. Stick with Shula’s in Miami, don’t waste your time at the Lake Mary location. Better to go to Chima - or the one of the other amazing steak houses offered in the Orlando area.

Food is getting two stars, the steaks are good but the sides were terrible. How do you mess up mashed potatoes? They were starchy and cold. The baked potatoes were hard, the vegetables cold. Not what you would expect from an upscale restaurant.
